Rachel is no stranger to success, having excelled as a top-producing Mortgage Loan Officer for an impressive 29 years. Her guiding philosophy, one she imparts to her children, is that “Talk is cheap; it’s actions that speak.” Rachel’s commitment to living by these words is a testament to the value she intends to bring to Lifetime Mortgage and the real estate agents she collaborates with.
Rachel’s family is as diverse as her career accomplishments, comprising nine children, including eight adopted ones. This multicultural family includes three children from Ethiopia, two from China, two from the Laotian Foster Care system, one from Mexico, and one proud Utah native. Alongside her husband, Rachel has also opened her home as foster parents to over 25 children in the past 15 years, reflecting her deep dedication to making a positive impact on young lives.
Rachel’s enthusiasm for humanitarian and charitable work is truly commendable. She annually leads groups of teenagers on humanitarian expeditions to Africa, demonstrating her commitment to making a difference on a global scale. Her family has actively participated in constructing six homes for families in Mexico in partnership with Builders Without Borders during past Christmas breaks. Furthermore, Rachel’s involvement on the board of directors for both the Children of Ethiopia Education Fund and the Primary Children’s Hospital Cancer, Blood, and Transplant Family Advisory Council showcases her dedication to giving back to the community.
In her leisure time, Rachel enjoys exploring the world with her family and anyone willing to join her on a third-world adventure.
