Jeremy has an impressive background in the mortgage industry, with a career spanning over two and a half decades. He began his journey in 1997 at Security National Mortgage, where he started as an originator. Over the years, he honed his skills and climbed the ranks, eventually becoming a branch manager in 2000. His leadership abilities were evident as he served in various branch and regional producing manager positions at Axiom Financial from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, he was entrusted with the role of Vice President of Sales, a position he held until 2015.
In 2015, Jeremy embarked on a new chapter when he joined Citywide Home Loans as a Producing Regional Manager. His dedication and exceptional performance led to his promotion to Vice President of Sales in 2018. Although he’s only been with his current company, OnQ Financial, for six months, Jeremy’s track record in the industry speaks volumes about his commitment and competence.
Jeremy’s educational background is equally impressive, having graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Economics. His expertise extends to accounting, which has proven invaluable in assisting self-employed borrowers through the intricacies of mortgage loan approvals. Colleagues often describe him as a “numbers geek” due to his profound numerical acumen.
As a true advocate of the American Dream of homeownership, Jeremy and his wife embarked on their journey early, purchasing their first home together before marriage and renovating it during their engagement. They are also strong proponents of owning rental real estate as a wealth-building and retirement planning tool, actively participating as landlords and sharing their insights with family, friends, and clients. Jeremy’s passion lies in helping individuals achieve their real estate dreams while securing the best possible financing terms.
Jeremy’s commitment to excellence is evident in his customer service philosophy, which revolves around frequent, clear, and relevant communication. He has consistently provided outstanding financing experiences for his clients and real estate agent partners throughout his career.
Outside of work, Jeremy and his wife Nancy, who have been blessed with four children and two granddaughters, prioritize spending quality time with family. They enjoy golfing, engaging in community service, and exploring new destinations through travel.
