With over 35 years of lending experience, Ruby Felix has built a career centered on connection, care, and lifelong client relationships. She especially loves working with first-time homebuyers, remembering the pride and joy of purchasing her own first home and seeking to make every client feel that same excitement. A true people person, Ruby meets clients in person whenever possible, or by phone when needed, ensuring the process is clear, comfortable, and completely stress-free.

Ruby stays current by attending weekly Zoom meetings with wholesale lenders and title professionals, and she remains deeply committed to long-term client care. From attending sign-offs to sending birthday cards, holiday visits, closing gifts, and regular check-ins, she maintains a meaningful relationship with every client, including the very first borrower she helped decades ago. Fluent in Spanish and known for her friendly, approachable professionalism, Ruby consistently goes above and beyond to make every experience positive.

Outside of lending, Ruby is dedicated to service. She serves on the board of Our City, a nonprofit supporting underprivileged children and seniors, and volunteers weekly with organizations such as Kapta and Rebecca’s Children for foster families. She also personally visits her older past borrowers with meals and support, and remains active in her church community. In her free time, Ruby enjoys reading, cooking, walking, traveling, and spending time with her adult children.
