Over the next five years, she built a deep knowledge of loan products, guidelines, and the lending process. In 2025, she took the next step and became a licensed mortgage professional.

Today, Julia works alongside her husband—a proud veteran and firefighter—as part of a dedicated husband-and-wife team. Together, they specialize in VA loans and first responder programs, bringing a unique understanding and personal connection to the clients they serve. They have also helped countless first-time homebuyers navigate the path to their dream home.
