Carrie Bakunas brings over 25 years of corporate leadership experience and nearly a decade in mortgage lending to Lifetime Home Loans. Working alongside her husband and business partner, Scott Baade, Carrie is passionate about helping individuals and families find the right financing solutions for their unique needs.

With experience in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and specialty loan programs, Carrie takes pride in finding creative solutions, even for challenging financial situations. Known for her responsiveness, clear communication, and problem-solving skills, she is committed to making the mortgage process simple, educational, and stress-free for both clients and Realtor partners.

Carrie is also passionate about educating real estate professionals, particularly on VA financing and helping veterans understand their home loan benefits. Her goal is to build lasting relationships through honesty, reliability, and exceptional service.

Outside of work, Carrie enjoys strength training, hiking, traveling with Scott, and spending time with their dog, Ford.
