Meet Santiago Estrada
Santiago Estrada is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Mortgage Loan Officer with a passion for helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. His mortgage career began in 1999, where he quickly became a top producer by combining exceptional customer service with a genuine commitment to educating his clients.
Santiago specializes in USDA, FHA, Conventional, and VA loan programs, helping first-time homebuyers, veterans, and repeat buyers find the financing solution that best fits their needs. He believes every client deserves to understand their options and takes the time to guide them through the lending process with honesty, patience, and clear communication.
Known for his accessibility, Santiago is available evenings and weekends to ensure his clients and Realtor partners receive the support they need when it matters most. His years of experience conducting homebuyer seminars and community workshops have made him a trusted resource for buyers throughout the home financing journey.
Outside of work, Santiago enjoys volunteering in his community, gardening, hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. He is excited to be part of the Lifetime Home Loans team and looks forward to building lasting relationships while helping more families achieve their homeownership goals.
