Scott Riordan takes pride in this mantra from basic training in the Air Force which is excellence, integrity and service to his clients. Scott also wrestled along the way, so he has grit and determination to make things happen for his clients. Scott has been in home lending industry for just under 6 years and finds it extremely rewarding, with his processing and originating experience Scott understands what a loan needs to get to the finish line quickly.

As a loan officer Scott takes extreme pride in helping families achieve their dream of homeownership. From helping first-time home buyers throw the sometimes-stressful process.

With over 30 years of customer service experience there are not many situations he cannot handle. With the support of his family Scott has earned his master’s degree in criminal justice and is about to start working for his doctorate. His family is his why, he married his high school sweetheart they have been together since 1991 married since 1994. He has 4 children, which he is extremely proud of, and 4 grandchildren. During his spare time Scott enjoys his mat side season tickets to ASU wrestling, NASCAR, trips to the zoo with his grandchildren since his wife works there and supporting his grandchildren in all they do from attending their sporting events to school concerts. Scott cherishes these times together and makes sure to not miss his grandchildren’s events. Scott can be seen most Saturday mornings walking around the zoo with a friend or his grandchildren.

Scott’s dedication to excellence and genuine care for his clients has earned him several repeat customers and referrals. Scott hopes being rooted in service, family and pride in serving his clients while understanding the market continues to shape his path while he helps his clients achieve their goals of home ownership.
