Hi! I’m Anais Palmer, a mortgage broker and licensed loan officer helping people buy homes in Arizona, California, Idaho, Florida, and Utah with Lifetime Home Loans.
I’m especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, single moms, veterans, and anyone who feels like homeownership might be out of reach. Truth is – it’s not as far off as it can feel, and I love helping people realize that and get to the closing table.
Buying a home is a big deal (probably the biggest financial move you’ll make), and I don’t take that lightly. Since 2020, I’ve helped clients navigate buying and refinancing with a clear, no-pressure approach, so they always know what’s going on and what to expect next.
My goal? To be your go-to lender for every season of life – the one you trust, come back to, and recommend without hesitation.
I’m an Arizona State University alum, a yoga teacher, a wife, and a proud mom of four girls. Outside of work, you can find me paddleboarding the Salt River, eating sushi, staring at sunsets, having fun with family and friends, and rewatching Ted Lasso.
